ABOUT ICMLE

ICMLE - IOARP International Conference on Management, Leadership and Entrepreneurship offers a forum to academics, scientists, researchers, and practitioners for discussion, exploration and development of theoretical and practical aspects of management, leadership, and entrepreneurship. ICMLE aims to provide the participants with a unique networking opportunity, and a platform for imparting knowledge and sharing contemporary research ideas. 

Besides accepting author contributions on core topics in management, leadership and entrepreneurship, at the ICMLE, we are particularly interested in manuscripts employing interdisciplinary approaches (in management, leadership, and entrepreneurship) potentially drawing from domains such as sociology, psychology, cultural studies, economics, pedagogical studies, history, gender studies, health, politics, and criminology. Authors have submitted their contributions in form of theoretical and empirical papers employing qualitative, quantitative and critical methods, action-based research, and case studies to the ICMLE.
